Conditioning Your Dog To Have Their Paws Handled
In my post on August 26, 2019 titled Protecting Your Dog’s Paws During The Winter I talked about taking care of your dog’s paws. Not all dog’s like their feet messed with. Leerburg has a video Conditioning Your Puppy For Nail Trimming. Wait, your dog is not a puppy any more. This will still work it just take longer to condition you adult dog.
Take time with your dog and their paws every day and eventual they will get used their paws being handled. Include a rotary tool and soon you can trim their toenails also.
