Description: Penelope is from Texas hours away from being euthanized when we pulled her from the shelter. Penelope AKA Izzy is a real sweetheart, wiggle butt, and very happy girl. She is a talker too. Very dog friendly and loves people too. This baby girl has a heart of gold.
Currently not available for adoption as she was heartworm positive and is in treatment now, but will be available April/May 2020. She comes fully vetted and microchipped too.
Penelope just needs a family to call her own and a chance to be loved and adore like the princess that she is. Currently accepting applications for adoption or fosters.
