Charles is an 88-pound hunk of love Plott Hound. He is house-trained but unaware of crates. He does counter surf and helps clean up whenever he is able. He is not destructive and loves his bed and blanket. He gets along with other dogs but is not sure about cats. He is not horse-friendly either. His previous owners said he was deserted in the woods as a young dog during a hunt so we’re guessing that didn’t work out. He can be barky when he wants to go outside and use the bathroom. Also when he wants attention if he knows your near. He does have a best friend who he runs and plays with until he is worn out, then he likes to go back into the house. You can’t negatively reinforce him because he will give you his opinion on the matter. So we just give hugs and kisses. He is a great dog that just wants a home of his own where he can be loved.
