Smokey – Siberian Husky

He was close to being euthanized when we rescued him.  In fact, he was so scared and shy that we were told he wasn’t recommended for our large family and would try running away.  We had faith that everything would work out once we got him home.  He is such a gentle soul with so much love to give that he is now one of our service dogs.  He is very loyal, well behaved and dedicated.

 

Most would tell you that Huskies like to run but Smokey never leaves our yard and loves to be with his person.  He loves car rides and going places.  His favorite place to be is at the beach.  As he loves water especially on very hot days.

 

He is cat-friendly, other dogs friendly and even chicken friendly too. Yes, that’s right – chicken friendly too.  Once he learned that the chickens were family and off limits – well then NEVER a problem since.  He is very intelligent and motivated by hot dogs (his favorite snack) and easy to train.

 

Smokey loves to eat and enjoys walks.  He is neutered, UTD on shots, microchiped, parasite and HW free, Health cert and in good health.

 

He is truly an awesome dog and we are so grateful to have him in our family.  Love Smokey to pieces…♥♥😊
