Dog Saves Her Foster Mom From Rattlesnake Attack
A five-year-old pitbull saves her foster mom from being attacked by a rattlesnake during a hike.

I was out walking my dog, a very special Finnish Spitz, when all of a sudden I hear a rattlesnake rattling. I look towards the noise and to my shock the snake was between me and my dog! The area we were walking was on a steep hill with loose river rocks, river rocks tend to be roundish and smooth. I panicked and yanked my poor dog up with the leash, hoping to get her above the snake. As soon as I did that I fell backwards. Now, my dog, the snake, rocks, and my self are tumbling down the hill together. All I could think about was both of us getting bit by the snake. Then thought flashed through my mind to grab the snake, at least only one of would be bitten. Thankfully before I did anything that stupid the snake rapidly slithered off, probably as shook up over what had just happened as I was!
Angel was a very unique dog, we miss her very much!
