Sarge’s Adoption

This handsome boy was a yard dog tied to a 3-foot large chain and not allowed to roam in a fenced back yard. When AC was called to investigate his owner turned him loose and kick him out of the yard claiming no responsibility. Sarge stayed true to his post and never left his front yard centered right in front of a busy street, so his owner never fed him in hopes he would run away. His owner claimed he wanted nothing to do with him. Then a kind neighbor took him in and kept him safe and fed until a rescue could be found. And now he is here from the West Coast to the East Coast. He is a happy boy that just wants to be loved and have a forever home or a sense of purpose. Malinois are best known to do Search and Rescue, bomb detection, drug detection, service dog, law enforcement, guard dog and protector. They are also great hiking and active dogs who love to always be doing something. Belgiums make excellent pets for the right home as they thrived on Loving companionship.

Sarge’s adoption will be one that we will remember for a long time. Typical adoptions go well and we are happy that we found a home for the animal. Everyone is happy.

Ready To Go Home

Sarge was adopted on St. Patricks Day by his forever family? His mom and dad were so very excited when they heard about him and then when they met him, they just knew he would become apart of their family and so he was….Happy life sweet boy. We are so happy for you and miss you already.

When we, my wife, Sarge, and myself, met with his new family we almost immediately knew this was a good fit. While Sarge’s prospective dad was walking him around the yard, his wife told us a little about her husband and their last dog. Let me just say it brought me joy to watch how those two bonded just in that short time. That is when we knew for sure Sarge found the perfect family.

Before he was stuck on a chain with no LOVE! And now, his fairy tale ending!
